Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment information in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Information you enter about your customers (names, phone numbers, email addresses, vehicle details) is stored solely to provide the BayBook service to you. We do not use this information for any other purpose, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the app via the Setup tab. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

By downloading or using BayBook, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
BayBook is a job and invoice management tool for independent automotive mechanics. You may use BayBook for your own business purposes. You may not use BayBook to engage in any illegal activity, harassment, or fraud.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
BayBook is a subscription service billed monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You own all data you enter into BayBook. We do not claim any ownership over your job records, invoices, or customer information. You can export your data at any time. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the app.
We aim to keep BayBook available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss caused by service downtime, data loss, or errors in the application.
BayBook is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of BayBook with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of the service without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it directly from the app via Setup → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You can delete your BayBook account and all associated data at any time directly from the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Open BayBook → go to the Setup tab → scroll to Danger Zone → tap Delete Account. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Note that cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data. You must delete your account from the app if you want your data permanently removed.
