GraftBook ("we", "our", or "us") operates the GraftBook mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use GraftBook:
Account information — your email address and password (stored securely, password is hashed and never stored in plain text)
Job and invoice data — information you enter into the app including customer names, job addresses, work descriptions, and financial amounts
Usage data — basic app usage information to help us improve the service
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the GraftBook service
Sync your data securely across devices
Process your subscription payment through Stripe
Send you service-related communications (account confirmation, subscription receipts)
Improve the app based on usage patterns
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.
Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment information in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Customer Data You Enter
Information you enter about your customers (names, phone numbers, email addresses, job addresses) is stored solely to provide the GraftBook service to you. We do not use this information for any other purpose, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the app via the Setup tab. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Delete your account and all data directly from the app (Setup → Danger Zone → Delete Account)
Export your data in CSV format at any time from within the app
Children's Privacy
GraftBook is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

By downloading or using GraftBook, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Use of the Service
GraftBook is a job and invoice management tool for tradespeople and contractors. You may use GraftBook for your own business purposes. You may not use GraftBook to engage in any illegal activity, harassment, or fraud.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscription and Payment
GraftBook is a subscription service billed monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Your Data
You own all data you enter into GraftBook. We do not claim any ownership over your job records, quotes, invoices, or customer information. You can export your data at any time. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the app.
Service Availability
We aim to keep GraftBook available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss caused by service downtime, data loss, or errors in the application.
Limitation of Liability
GraftBook is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of GraftBook with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of the service without notice.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it directly from the app via Setup → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
You can delete your GraftBook account and all associated data at any time directly from the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
How to delete your account
Open GraftBook → go to the Setup tab → scroll to Danger Zone → tap Delete Account. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Note that cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data. You must delete your account from the app if you want your data permanently removed.
